Dual Modes: Hand Control & Floating Mode
Hand Control Mode:
Ergonomic design allows single-handed operation to lift and lower loads with precise control.
Floating Mode:
Tip-finger control delivers instant effortless movement at variable speeds as desired. Operators may also handle loads directly with both hands for ultra-precise positioning.
Stepless Speed Adjustable
The intelligent workstation hoist moves fast or slow following the operator’s motion freely. It is ideal for assembly scenarios requiring both rapid transport and slow precise alignment.
Precise Positioning Function
High-precision positioning enables stable and delicate handling of precise and fragile workpieces.
Safe & Reliable
Overload Protection:
Built-in automatic weight sensing monitors load weight in real time. It triggers an immediate alarm and blocks lifting once the rated load is exceeded.
Photoelectric Induction:
A photoelectric sensor integrated inside the control handle activates movement only when the operator is present, avoiding accidental triggering.
Soft Limit Function:
The system supports soft limit to lower over-travel risks and flexibly restrict the moving range of workpieces.
Anti-rebound Function:
Prevents unexpected shifting and rebound caused by sudden load weight changes, eliminating potential safety hazards.
Power Failure Protection:
The safety brake locks automatically upon power cut to avoid load falling.
