The D2 series variable frequency chain hoists feature aluminum casings that combine lightweight construction with robust durability. Their low-clearance design integrates customized frequency converters with specialized motors to precisely control lifting operations, offering adjustable speed capabilities. Operating at low speeds, they achieve performance below half that of conventional low-speed gear ratios, while reaching speeds up to 50% higher than standard high-speed settings. The system ensures smooth operation with minimal vibration during lifting and stopping, zero impact, and low failure rates. With enhanced protection mechanisms and extended service life, the equipment incorporates multiple control interfaces for seamless automation integration.
Product Features
• Customized frequency conversion drives and specially designed frequency conversion motors ensure reliable and stable performance.
• The system features soft limit functionality to reduce the risk of overtravel and flexibly restrict the working part's movement range.
• Speed range (customizable): at low speeds, it can be less than half of the conventional low-speed gear, and at high speeds, it can exceed 50% of the conventional high-speed gear (when rated load is less than 10%).
• Low noise, smooth operation without vibration, and high control accuracy;
• Improve and implement multiple protective functions to ensure safe and stable operation;
• Compared to traditional hoists, this model exhibits faster response speed, more reliable operation, lower failure rates, and longer service life. It features abundant interfaces with flexible configurations, enabling compatibility with various control interface signals for easy automation control. The built-in remote control module allows operation of both electric trolleys and large travelling cranes.
